Does anyone have any information on a segmental fracture of the ulna or really any bone for that matter? I need to know if you can charge for the fracture twice when the incision was the same and the same plate was used to correct both fractures. Any help would be great! Thanks!
 
Think about your modifier....
You probably will only get it paid if you use a mod 59 when billing same code twice..but..
you can't use 59 it is NOT separate incision, body site, ect....sometimes it helps me if I think about what modifier I would have to use.
