Out of curiosity, I want to find out how much you're all earning, where you're currently located (state or country), years of experience, position you're holding and the facility type.

As for me, I make a little less than $55k/year. I am in California and had been in the coding industry for about 10 months now. My position is medical coder & I work in a hospital.
Why not just take a look at AAPC's annual salary survey?
For the record though, I left a coding job I had been in for over 7 years with the last 2 years working as an auditor, and my salary was $46000 because that company was mean....really mean. They were a billing company that didn't believe in recognizing people for their skills and dedication.
