Can someone help me?? Is there a V code for s/p kyphoplasty?? I can't seem to locate one but I could be wrong and missing something?? Thanks!!:)
 
It would be helpful if we knew if you were asking specific to within the postop period or if you are asking for a postop-history code (V67.X). I always refer to the ICD-9 guidelines as there are specific rules for these.

There is no V-code like the V45.4 for fusion. You will be limited to one of the general postop musculoskeletal codes depending on the stage of healing the patient is in.
