Wiki RVUs and reimbursement

okay so:
43248, 43249, and 43251 have around 5.66 RVUs a piece

43239 has around 5.09 but gets almost $100 more according the CMS fee schedule. Why is that? Thought the fee schedule was based off of RVUs.

I am sorry if this is a dumb question but it is VERY confusing and I am having trouble. Any help?
