What's the correct diagnosis code for RT tibial plateau depression fracture? S82.141A? Fracture, traumatic; tibia>Upper end>plateau directs to See fracture, tibia, upper end bicondylar, but I'm not sure this is actually bicondylar. Also, is CPT code is 27535 correct? This is for a unicondylar tibia fracture repair, so it wouldn't match a bicondylar tibia fracture diagnosis, would it?

Postoperative diagnosis: RT lateral tibial plateau depression fracture.
Procedure: Open reduction internal fixation of RT lateral tibial plateau fracture.
Implants: Smith and Nephew two 4.5 mm cancellous screws and 2 washers.

Procedure: A longitudinal incision was created with the knee flexed between the IT band and the lateral arm of the hamstring. The skin was opened. The soft tissue was spread. The tibia was approached posterior to the lateral collateral and anterior to the popliteus. The joint capsule was opened just below the articular surface of the lateral tibial plateau and then peeled up subperiosteally leaving the meniscus attached to this flap. The depressed articular portion of the posterolateral tibial plateau was identified and elevated using a Cobb elevator. Freeze-dried bone chips were packed into the defect and compressed using a bone tamp and mallet until it was solid. Using fluoroscopy 2 screws were placed with washers to buttress the compressed portion. The screws were placed running from posterolaterally just under the rim to anteromedially and slightly inferiorly. Good compression and good bite were obtained in the medial tibia allowing good compression. Final films were taken which showed good position of the hardware.
