Wiki rounds and ancillary services for residential

We recently opened a new facility which has detox and residential beds. I am wondering if I am able to bill doctor rounds or E&Ms as well as individual psych visits, or are those inclusive to the base treatment. Also can room an board be separately billed like when billing inpatient hospital treatment?
