Wiki Rotator cuff procedures

Can one of our ortho coder specialists take a look at these procedures and codes and
let me know what if the CPT codes I chose are all billable. I run into CPt 29826 and CPt 29822 getting denied frequently.

Procedures: Arthroscopy left shoulder
Subacromial Decompression
Resection, Distal Clavicle
Labral Debridement
Mini-open repair of rotator cuff
PRP Injection

Codes Selected: 23412 [mini open rotator cuff]
29824 [resection distal clavicle]
29826 [subacromial decompression]
29822 [labral debridement]
PRP not billed

Your codes are correct (without op). But you may have an issue with 23412 and 29826 as they are bundled by carriers. Even though 29826 is an add-on code you can report 29826 with 29824. Good luck as you most likely will get paid on all but 29826.
