Would this count for ROS? His pain is dull and achy. It is aggravated with weightbearing activities and getting out of the chair, He does have difficulty donning his socks and shoes because of limitd range of motion..... I know musculoskeletal but is there anyting eles I can count?? Thanks so much looking for more

Pain = Neurologic

I might consider "pain dull & achy" as neurologic ROS.

BUT ... first I would be sure I had the elements of HPI that I need. And if PAIN is the chief complaint, I wouldn't count it again as HPI or ROS (double dipping).

Hope that helps.
