Wiki ROS required for well child exam?

I would like some information on whether or not a review of systems is required for coding the preventative well exam in peds. Thank you so much for any help regarding this

Per CPT the only guidance is "an age and gender appropriate history..." I would say yes some ROS is necessary but how much would depend on how old the child is.
