Wiki Rocephin/Normal Saline????? help please

When a drug like Rocephin is administered via IV w/ Normal Saline, do I code 96365?
I cant charge the hydration, right? Because the use of the hydration fluid was to administer the drug...Am I way off here???
Ant advice is apreciated!
