Your advice is needed, PLEASE.

The patient is in for a 52000 Cystoscopy. The Dr. gives him Rocephin, because he just had a total knee replacement.

What code do I use to identify the knee replacement as reason for the rocphin?

I have been going crazy with this for two days now!
