Hi All -
I have a doctor in my group who wants to do a robotic nephrolithotomy on a patient. I have a query into the doctor for what exactly he wants to do, but from what I can discern from the chart is that he's looking do something along the lines of a robotic PCNL. I know the codes for PCNL, but is there such a thing as a robotic nephrolithotomy, and if so, is there a real CPT for it? (We generally stay away from unlisted codes if we have ANY alternative.)
EDITED TO ADD: doctor said it's actually a robotic pyleolithiotomy - and all I find on that is a case study between that and a PCNL done last year in Denmark.
Thanks in advance!
