Hello,
Our Urology department does Robotic Assisted Radical Prostatectomy procedures often. We usually bill 55866. We have 2 patients where this was done but the approach is supraumbilical rather than retropubic or suprapubic. How do I bill for this? Should the doctor get paid more if his approach is further away or do I bill unlisted but ask for the same reimbursement for 55866?
