Wiki RN billing under NP

We have an NP now in our office who is supervising and RN. Since the RN can not bill due to no NPI number how do we submit claims. She will be supervised in office always.
Do we submit NP NPI as rendering and add a modifier to the charge? If so what Modifiers?

As long as the RN is an employee, and performing work that she is legally allowed to perform, her work should be performed incident-to and billed under the NP.
For example, if your NP orders and EKG and the RN performs it and the NP interprets it, you bill the EKG under the NP, not under the RN. Typically RNs don't do a whole lot of completely independent work. They can't order tests, can't interpret results. Basically, they can't diagnose and create a treatment plan. That must be done by a physician or NPP. The RN may carry out parts of that treatment plan.
What type of services is the RN performing that is leading to confusion?
