The foot is not salvageable. A torniquet is place above the knee. A circumferential incision was performed above the malleolus using a giggly saw. The leg was trasected. The vascular structure was controlled and the suture ligated.

27888 or 27889? Or something else?

This is a higher cut than 27888 or 27889. It is a pretty brief note, but it sounds like 27882. Is there a second stage planned to close it up later?
