Wiki Revision total knee

Hey fellow coders,

Hope everyone on the East coast is doing well post Irene.

Power outages is a problem here in Mass.

Question for total knee revision:

The physician revised the tibial component and exchanged the liner - do I bill just for the tibial component revision with modifier 22 or is this considered a complete total knee revision.

I would bill 27486

If only the liner was revised I would bill 27486 with a -52 modifier and note liner revision; unless the Dr. states it was more involved, than the 27486 one component.
