Good Morning Gastro and Colon and Rectal Experts,

Title of Procedure: Resection Retrorectal Cyst

I am inclined to use CPT code 45171 based off a rectal exam that reveal a nodule at the distal part of the sacrum and it was excised off the rectal tissues.

All suggestions are welcome.
