Wiki revision of total hip due to infection

How would you bill for revision of total hip if the original component was already removed previously (27091) and now the patient is just coming in to have new one placed. CPT code 27134 is for the revision but it includes removing original component(s) and replacing them. Is it correct to bill this with a modifier 52 or is there another code?
