Wiki revision of laceration repair

My doctor performed a revision of a midline second degree vaginal perineal laceration received at time of delivery. He also found a polypoid mass in the inferior aspect of the vaginal laceration. I am not sure what code to use for the polypoid. He did not give me a length of the repair so I am using 12001.
