Patient had CABG x4 (billed 33533, 33519, 33508). After surgery, patient had complications and was taken back to the OR on the SAME day to do a revision of the left internal mammary artery graft to the left anterior descending artery and also place a sapheneous vein graft to teh left anterior descending artery.
