Can someone point me in the right direction please.
Patient is 6 wks s/p hemiarthroplasty of hip, dislocated, and upon attempted closed reduction it was discovered that femoral stem was loose. Pt was taken to OR, removed femoral stem and closed due to unavailability of proper length stem. 4 days later was returned to the OR and femoral stem was inserted. I'm thinking:
1st OR - 27266 - 53
2nd OR - 27090 - 58
3rd OR - ????? - 58
