Our surgeon already performed a hemiarthroplasty following fracture the the hip (27236). Due to infection, the femoral head now needs to be replaced. He wants to use 27138 but this is a revision following a total hip arthroplasty. Would 27125 be more accurate since a partial component is being replaced?
