Have a quick question, have a patient post status ORIF tibia, now past 90 day global came back to have hardware removal, but due to osteoporotic bone and not healed, went on to revise and exchange the screw which was tenting the skin. Not sure do I code out a ankle arthrotomy. I was looking at 27610. Looking for any input.
