Patient had a loose glenoid component, doctor removed the implant and then he did an allograft, structural bone graft with internal fixation of the glenoid defect using demineralized bone matrix and femoral head allograft with screws for fixation. The question I have is do I just bill for the removal or should I also bill for the allograft and what code would I use for that?
