Wiki Revaccination codes post stem cell transplant

Does anyone know how I should code vaccines given to a patient post a stem cell transplant? They have railroad medicare and they cover it, but I can't find a policy on it with covered diagnosis codes. The vaccines given were hib, ipv, and tdap.
