If you get a new provider and they do not have their Medicare number and when they get it can you go back a bill the patients that they have seen once number is received? Thanks in advance

if you have submitted the paperwork and it is on file at Medicare but not completed you will be able to submit all patients that was seen. Novitas back dated to the date application was received/on file. We were paid without any problems. you are able to track status of application online on Medicare's website.
