Wondering if anyone utilizes a paid "expert" service to help with your difficult coding cases. We subscribe to a coding organization that has expert advice for a fee. Lately, they have been missing the mark. I've been given obviously incorrect advice. (like invalid codes, or the code suggestion is clearly not appropriate).
I plan to contact them with my concerns, but wonder if any of you use these services and would share your experiences.

Maybe there are better resources out there? Forums are helpful, but you don't always get responses to them.
 
We often utilize the state Medical Association for difficult issues. Perhaps your issues are more complicated than ours and they require a designated entity to assist you, rather than just the periodic concerns we address. Just thought I'd mention it in the hopes that it will be of some help.
