Wiki Resection of right renal vein and ivc confluence with reconstruction of ivc

I've never had a procedure to code like this and I'm lost.

My doctor did a resection of the right renal vein and inferior vena cava confluence with reconstruction of the inferior vena cava - and the urologist performed a nephrectomy with pericaval lymph node resection.

I have no idea where to start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
