I need assistance with the following surgery note. I have a question regarding the resections. Can I bill the resection of the lip 40530, resection palate 42120-52, maxillary 21034-52 and mandible 21044.

Surgical resection of the of the left facial tumor which included the left half of the upper and lower lip, the left body and angle of the mandible, the left buccal mucasa as well as the left cheek skinfor the total size of 8cm, he aslo took the left lateral maxillary alveolar ridge and part of the palate.

I believe those codes are appropriate, however, you don't need the 52 modifiers at all (at least not from the info you provided), and I would code for both the upper AND lower lips.
