Wiki replacement of hip cement spacer with debridement

Hi, I would appreciate any coding advice you can provide..

Patient seen previously by another provider outside of our practice for a displaced femoral neck fracture. A cemented hemiarthroplasty was performed. He fell and presented with an infection and dislocated spacer. He was taken to the OR for debridement of infection and replacement of cement spacer.


I think the replacement of the spacer should be coded as either

27236 + modifier 52- Open treatment of femoral fracture, proximal end, neck, internal fixation or prosthetic replacement.

OR

27091 Removal of hip prosthesis complicated, including total hip prosthesis, methylmethacrylate with or without insertion of spacer


What about the debridement? How should I code that?
