Is there a CPT code for replacement of the gamma nail lag bolt in the hip when the physician removes the original one to replace it with a shorter one because it was irritating the patient's soft tissue?
I know I can use 20680 to remove the bolt but I didn't know if there was a better code to describe the replacement.
