Wiki Replace THA diagnosis code

I have a case where the patient had a total hip arthroplasty that became infected. They removed the joint prosthesis and inserted a spacer.

Now the patient has returned, infection free, to have the hip prosthesis reinserted.

What diagnosis should I use for the reinsertion? V43.64?
I can't use 996.66 as the joint is no longer infected.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
