Wiki Repair of mesh s/p hernia repair

Dr. did a repair of a periumbilical incisional hernia, with mesh.

Five days later mesh sutures pulled loose from fascia, and this resulted in a bowel obstruction.

Dr. re-opened, reduced bowel, trimmed mesh and re-sutured it. How would I code this repair? 49566? 44050 ?
