Hi All,
I hope you can help me with this op-note.
Doc wants to bill 26540 X2 not sure I see two repairs here is the op-note.
Any guidance on this would be appriecated.

A curvilinear
incision was made over the thumb ulnar collateral ligament down to the
subcutaneous tissues, protecting neurovascular structures. Adductor
aponeurosis was intact and split longitudinally. There was a Stener lesion seen
with the collateral ligament folded upon itself. Volar plate was avulsed as well as
the dorsal capsule was torn. Wound was thoroughly irrigated.
Next, under fluoroscopic guidance, a 0.062-inch K-wire was then drilled in an
antegrade fashion across the joint pinning it approximately 10 degrees of flexion.
Next, a Mitek mini suture anchor was then placed in the proximal phalanx. The
ligament was then brought to the bone at the anatomic position and suture
repaired with the Panacryl suture including the volar capsule and volar plate.
The wound was thoroughly irrigated. Adductor aponeurosis was closed using a
2-0 Panacryl. Skin was closed using a 4-0 nylon,
