Help! Does anyone know what cpt code to use for this.
Previous CABG and now there is an aneursym of the bypass graft.:eek:
 
What did they do? If the surgeon performed another bypass, around the aneursym, use the CABG codes again. If the original surgery was more than 30 days prior, you can add CPT 33530.
