Is this 27091 even though not all components were removed? Cement spacer was inserted .
Description... The femoral head was removed. The stem was inspected and found to be well fixed. The acetabular component was removed utilizing explant system without significant bony loss. The wound was then copiously irrigated, after which a cement spcer was then inserted into the hip joint.
