Does anyone have any suggestions on this. I coded as 41116, but physician feels she did more work than this code entails. Lengths listed were 6cm x 3 cm. An emoblization was performed by IR prior to procedure. Physician feels there are special codes for vascular malformations. Any help would be appreciated.
