I am having trouble finding the appropriate ICD-10 procedure code for extracorporeal circuit removal of thrombus of the leg. In ICD-9, we were using either other operations on vessels (39.99), or other therapeutic apheresis (99.79) since there was not a specific ICD-9 code that described removal of thrombi or emboli via an extracorporeal bypass.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
