Does anyone know what code I would use for the removal of a nonunion fracture?
....we then made a transverse insicion into the perceived joint. We then noted immediately that it was extremely deformed. We went ahead and opened it up and removed the nonunion. We still had a dislocated toe. We then went ahead and utilizing sharp and blunt dissection released the whole joint and did an arthroplasty at this time....
