Is anyone able to help me with the codes for this procedure?
The patient had a previous abdominal incisional hernia repair. The mesh is now infected. The physician removes the infected mesh, repairs the abdominal wall defect with local advancement flaps and places biological mesh into the peritoneal cavity which is secured to the fascia.
Any thoughts??
