Wiki Removal of hardware with manipulation

I am looking for assistance in coding a surgical procedure done by an orthopaedic doc. Here is the body of the dictation:

"The arm was placed in a Trimano shoulder holder. The old incision was opened and taken down to the deltoid. The scarred deltopectoral interval was then dissected both bluntly and sharply over to the humerus, being very careful to stay right on the bone and the plate and not get into the deltoid. The plate was exposed. The six screws in the humeral head were removed and the three shaft screws were removed and the plate was removed.

The rotator cuff was now extremely visible from the teres minor, all the way around through the subscapularis. This was both palpated and probed with a hemostat and no rotator cuff tear could be discerned. Motion of the shoulder was tight and there was a manipulation of the shoulder, to bring the shoulder to 170 degrees of abduction."

Any assistance would be appreciated!

I need to know if there is a code that can be used for the manipulation, no fixation was used, and there were no adhesions...

20680 would be the only charge. Manipulation is inclusive in hardware removal.
