Wiki Removal of Exostosis and Giant Cell Tumor - Same Incision Means Bundled?

Quick question, if a doctor is removing a giant cell tumor from a patient's right hallux, and, in doing so, discovers exostosis and removes it, is the latter bundled into the tumor removal? Since it's the same incision for both removals, I'm concerned on whether they can be coded separately? Any advice would be great, thank you!

This sounds like "an incidental" procedure to me. Basic rule is that smaller procedures bundle with larger procedures when performed in the same area. Check the codes and see if there is an edit.
