Wiki removal of cerumen with polyp biopsy

I have a question regarding a cerumen removal that was done for a patient and while the ENT was cleaning the ear canal a polyp was detached and the ENT sent away for biopsy. Can this biopsy be separately coded, would it be coded as a biopsy only, or would this be a incidental finding?

I would think that since the PT was there for the cerumen removal.... That the biopsy could be coded separately using mod -59 since the two procedures are not related to each other, but were performed during the same service.
