Wiki Removal of benign growth on the adenoid

My doctor dictated an operative rept stating he excised a growth on the adenoid, in the nasopharynx, using an adenoid curette. The procedure was pre-certified as adenoidectomy (42831) What code and/or modifier would you recommend using to bill this procedure? My thought, by reading the entire op rept, is to bill 42831-52. Thanks!
