I have been searching high and low for the correct code for this and came up with 20680 .. would this code be appropriate for removal of a wire from a big toe? :confused: Please Help
 
What about 20670? By any chance did they pin the toe due to a fracture or fusion (hammertoe)? Also-are they doing this in the office?
 
Thanks I think you are right about that one he is status post a right first metarsophalangeal join open reduction internal fixation from a fractured toe not a hammer toe. Thank you for your help :)
