Wiki Removal muscous plug in bronchus?

Hello- quick question, my Dr removed a patients lung & also some lymph nodes. As well he also removed a large mucous plug obstructing the main stem bronchus while also performing a bronchoplasty.

Any idea what code this can be? or is it bundled in the bronchoplasty?

Please help asap......
