Wiki Removal and Reinsertion of locking pin Tibial

My provider removed and reinserted a locking pin into the tibial tray as the locking mechanism failed on a Total Knee.

any ideas on how to code this? The hospital wants to do a hardware removal. We were thinking the 27486 wtih mod 52 but that seems a little much.
