Wiki Release of adhesions in the shoulder coding help

I hope someone can help me. Our surgeon removed hardware and also released adhesions in the shoulder. The sentance in the op report states:

"We released adhesions in the subacromial space, paticulary over the subscap"

I know the codes when this is done by scope, but not when it is done thru incision to removed hardware. without a scope involved. Anyone have an ideas what code to use?
