Hi, one of my docs did an arthroscopic meniscal transplantation 6 months ago. Now the patient has rejected the transplant. My doctor has removed the transplantation. How is this coded? I was sure if I should use an unlisted procedure with diagnosis code 996.55 or 996.59.....please help
