I some guidance on this one. Not sure what to do. The note reads as follows:
Responded to Anesthesia code, pt in respiratory distress. Pt pulled off the tracheostomy tube. Vented thru the mask.
I reinserted the Trach canula and ventilated through the trach after cleaning. 02 sat increasing to 96%.
Continue care as per service.
my question is do I code this as a true inbutation 31500, a low level e/m if i have enough components?
